Founded by Joshua Kay, the consultancy is built upon more than a decade of experience in property development, construction delivery and operational leadership.
Joshua has worked across the entire development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to construction delivery and project completion. As Co-Founder of Continental Gold Property Development, he played a key role in delivering 85 residential units, including commercial-to-residential conversions and heritage refurbishment projects.
